Selected social agencies in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties have provided profiles of families who need assistance this holiday season.
Cocktail Dresses

These "Share the Spirit" profiles will be published through Wednesday. A donation to an individual or family can be made by contacting the caseworker listed at the end of each profile.
Flower Girl Dresses

--; Family No. 48 is a mother and three children who recently were reunited. They are trying to re-establish a household after losing all their possessions. They need dressers, towels, linens, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The children also need school clothing. The mother wears a size 6 dress, size 7 shirts, size 34 pants and size 6 shoes. The eldest son, 15, wears size 16 clothing and size 9? shoes. The 11-year-old girl wears size 12 dress, size 11 shirt and pants, and size 3? shoes. The 4-year-old son wears size 6 clothing and size 11? shoes. To adopt this family, call caseworker Kathy Mueller at 626-3091.
Wed-Accessories

-- Family No. 49 is a 62-year-old woman suffering from multiple health issues. Obesity has resulted from her health issues and being bed-bound. Her brother and daughter reside with her, enabling her to remain at home, however they have health issues of their own. The woman needs an extra-thick, twin-size mattress for her hospital bed, loose clothing and night gowns.

-- Family No. 50 is a single mother caring for five children, three of whom have disabilities. The mom would welcome assistance providing food, clothing and age-appropriate toys to her family for Christmas. The mother wears a size XL shirt, size 18 dress and pants, and size 10 shoes. Her 15-year-old son wears a size 3X shirt, size 40 pants and size 12 shoes. The 13-year-old twin girls both wear size 16 clothing and size 9 shoes. Their 12-year-old sister wears 16-plus clothing and size 9 shoes, and the toddler boy wears size 5T clothes and size 9 children's shoes.
